• Shipment Processing Time: Shipment Locations: We ship to anywhere in Australia. Lead times may vary depending on location.

• All prices listed on our website  do not include GST (goods and services tax) where applicable. 
• GST is calculated at 10% of the product price and is not included in the displayed price. GST amount will not be shown on the checkout page and in the order confirmation email. 

• Shipping Restrictions: International Shipping. 

• We do not ship to PO Boxes. Certain products have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations. 

• Estimated Delivery Times:

• Shipping Rates: shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on quantity, size and weight. 

• Tracking Options: you will be sent tracking details once your order is processed and dispatched.
  

• Missing or Lost Packages: All orders are insured against loss or damage during transit. If you receive your order damages please contact us immediately.
